Cooper & Riesterer is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning. Through this acquisition, CR Law will be expanding its offering of services in the areas of Elder Law, including Medicaid planning, as well as Estate and Wealth succession planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Guardianship and Conservatorship matters. This acquisition allows Nancy Nawrocki, the founder of the Nawrocki Center, a chance to plan for her own succession. Nancy has over 30 years of renowned experience in the areas of Elder Law and Estate planning and has had her practice in Brighton, Michigan for over 20 years. Cooper & Riesterer is bringing on several key members of the Nawrocki team, and Nancy will be designated Of Counsel with Cooper & Riesterer to facilitate the transition.
Cooper & Riesterer began in 2000 as a boutique business and real estate firm offering both transactional and litigation services. The firm offers many business and real estate specialty areas, including employment, health care, franchising, commercial and residential development, construction law, zoning, and municipal law. Cooper & Riesterer has also provided estate planning and administration services and is looking forward to expanding these offerings through this acquisition.
